酒店的服務人員很專業，有問必答，酒店的房間相對比較暗，有陽台，但已有時代感，酒店有室外游泳池，恆溫室內游泳池，桑拿房，汗蒸房和健身房，孩子超喜歡，酒店房間內不提供免費飲用水，但可以自己帶容器去大廳接水，我們是從酒店旁邊的LIDL超市買的，相鄰的兩間房是可以開門互通的，這一點還蠻方便多口人一起出行，方便互相照顧，酒店的晚餐性價比不高，人多需等位，波爾圖城市景觀一般，各種圍起來在修建，但路易一世大橋值得一去

Location was about 5 mins drive from Vila Da Nova Devasas train station and 10 mins walk to Camara Gaia subway station. It’s not that close to Porto city centre. You got to Uber or walk everywhere. No free water in room unless you’re a Hilton Honors Silver member and above, and that’s only for the 1st bottle. Items like cotton pads and vanity kits were not restocked unless requested. Hand towels were also provided on the first day only. Dental kits have to be requested as well. Kinda disappointed based on the fact that it was a stay for our honeymoon but even so water was chargeable at 6 Euros per bottle because I was only a Blue HH member. Towel racks were not available, only hooks. Otherwise great service from the ground staff who could speak English except for a waitress who couldn’t understand “no ham no bacon” for our omelettes! Simple breakfast served daily. We were also given a small cake to celebrate. Thanks for the stay.

포르투에서 조용한 저녁을 원하시면 강추인 호텔입니다. 시내랑는 조금 떨어져 있지만 대중교통으로 금방 오구요 시설과 조식은 좋습니다. 수영장도 이용할수 있구요

Péssimo serviço de atendimento. Reservei um quarto para dois adultos e uma criança. Quando contactei a receção para solicitar a dormida de mais uma criança, foi-me dado um novo orçamento, onde deveria pagar mais do dobro do que o montante que já tinha pago. Acaɓámos por desistir do quarto, ainda que já estivesse pago para 3 pessoas. Lamentável...

Superbe expérience de 4 nuits. La chambre est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon mais répétitif au bout de 4 matins. Les deux piscines sont superbes, ouvertes de 9h à 21h avec hammam et sauna. Une dégustation de porto dans leur cave nous a été offerte à l’arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :) Quelques petits axes d’améliorations : la bouteille d’eau à 3,50€ dans la chambre pas fou pour un hôtel 5 étoiles - le mini bar vide - je suggère aussi de proposer quelques activités sportives dans l’une des deux piscines.
